How to Check Your Bonus Turnover (When the Casino Doesn't Show It Clearly)

6 June 2026

“Turnover,” “rollover,” and “wagering progress” all mean the same thing: the total amount you’ve bet since claiming a bonus, measured against the target you need to hit before withdrawing. Here’s how to find your real number when the casino’s dashboard is vague.

  1. Find the bonus terms you agreed to. Locate the original offer’s wagering multiplier and whether it applies to the bonus only or to deposit + bonus combined — this is your target, not your progress, but you need it before progress means anything.

  2. Check your account’s transaction or bet history. Most licensed operators log every settled bet under “Transaction History” or “Bet History” in account settings. Sum the stake column for every bet placed since the bonus was credited — this is your actual turnover so far.

Only settled (completed) bets count. Bets still in play don’t contribute yet.

  3. Apply game weighting to your total. If you played a mix of games, don’t just sum raw stakes — a RM50 blackjack bet at 20% contribution only counts as RM10 toward wagering, not RM50. Break your bet history down by game type first.

Use the game-contribution dropdown in our Wagering Calculator to convert mixed play into weighted turnover.

  4. Compare weighted turnover against your target. Turnover ÷ Target × 100 gives you a completion percentage. If a casino’s own dashboard shows a different number than your manual calculation, trust your own math and contact support with your transaction log as evidence.

  5. Watch the clock, not just the number. Most bonuses expire 7–30 days after being credited regardless of how close you are to clearing wagering. A 90%-cleared bonus that expires is worth exactly RM0 — pace your play against the deadline, not just the target. See casino bonus expiry rules for typical windows.

“If the casino’s own progress bar and your manual math disagree, that discrepancy is exactly the kind of evidence support teams need — screenshot it before it resets.”

Run your own numbers through our Wagering Calculator to double-check the target before you start counting turnover against it. Once wagering clears, read how to withdraw without a second delay, and compare operators on the Bonus Review page before you claim your next offer.
